inspirestrikesback: I feel like this is really important to reblog. we as a society spend too much time/energy focusing on how a Perfect body should look. all we really need to do is accept ourselves no matter what we look like and If there is something we want to change, do it in a Healthy way. the more and more emphasis we put on being skinny =happy… the more and more lost we become with appreciating our already beautiful and blessed bodies.
